Do you take commission on my bookings?+
No. Never. Tajming charges a flat monthly subscription and nothing more. Whatever you earn is yours. No percentage per booking, no fees when a returning client shows up, no hidden costs.
How long does setup take?+
Around 5 minutes. Add your services, set your hours, share the link. That's it. If you can use Instagram, you can use Tajming.
What happens when I hit 50 bookings on the free plan?+
Nothing dramatic. Bookings keep coming in, but you will see a prompt that it is time to upgrade to Basic. No automatic charges, no surprises.
Will my older clients figure it out?+
Yes. Clients do not have to install anything or create an account. They open the link, pick a service, pick a time, enter their name and phone. Done. If they still prefer to call, they can. Tajming does not replace the phone, it just takes some of the load off.
Can I export my data if I decide to leave?+
Yes, any time. One click and you get a CSV with all your clients, appointments, and services. Your data is yours, never ours.
Will the price go up over time?+
The price you see is the price you pay. If we ever change pricing, existing customers keep their rate. As long as you are with us, you do not pay more.
Do I have to process payments through Tajming?+
No. Charge the way you already charge: cash, card through your existing POS, whatever you use. Tajming is for bookings, not for payment processing.
What if something breaks?+
You write to me. I reply the same day, in Croatian or English, like a real person. Tajming is built in Osijek and support lives here. No AI bots, no tickets waiting for weeks.
