Terms of Service

Tajming is a booking management platform that allows businesses to create online booking pages and clients to book appointments. The service is operated by Opus KM Studio, obrt za usluge, Croatia.

By using Tajming you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. If you disagree, please stop using the service.

• You must be of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your business, service, and staff data.
• You must handle client data in compliance with GDPR and applicable laws.
• Using the platform for illegal activities or deceiving clients is prohibited.
• The free trial period lasts 30 days. A paid plan is required to continue after expiry.

• By booking you confirm the accuracy of the information you provide.
• You are responsible for attending your appointment or cancelling in a timely manner.
• Tajming is not responsible for the quality of services provided by businesses.

We strive to provide continuous availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with reasonable prior notice.

All platform content (design, code, logos) is the property of Opus KM Studio, obrt za usluge and protected by applicable laws. Content uploaded by business owners remains their property.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Opus KM Studio, obrt za usluge is not liable for:

• Failures by a business to deliver its services
• Data loss caused by circumstances beyond our control
• Indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform

Business owners may close their account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, with prior notice where possible.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes shall be resolved before the competent courts of the Republic of Croatia.
