Frequently asked questions
Can I keep some treatments request-only?
Yes. Every service has an online-booking switch. Turn it off and clients will see your phone number for that treatment instead of a button.
Can clients see my notes?
No. Notes on the client card are private and visible only to you in your dashboard.
How long does setup take?
About five minutes: your name, services (pre-suggested for your trade, you just adjust prices), working hours, and the link is ready to share.
What do I get for 14 euros a month?
The Basic plan: up to 3 staff, 200 bookings a month, your own page, calendar, client database and e-mail confirmations. Pro (24 euros) adds day-before reminders and up to 10 staff.
